CAUTHE - tourism and hospitality education and research association in Australia

About

The Council for Australian University Tourism and Hospitality Education (CAUTHE) began in the late 1980's and was formally established in Sydney on 19 June 1992.  CAUTHE represents the 24 Australian universities that teach and research hospitality and tourism.

In addition to university membership, CAUTHE also offers individual membership, student memberships and affiliate memberships for those organisations interested in hospitality and tourism education.

A CAUTHE conference is held each year and is organised by a host committee drawn from a single university or a consortium of closely located universities. The first annual CAUTHE conference was held in 1993.
